SHIPPING/RETURNS

An e-mail confirming your purchase will be sent to you immediately after you submit your order. This indicates that your order has been successfully received and that we have processed the purchase by pre-authorizing your credit card. Upon receipt of your order, we promptly contact our suppliers to verify availability and expedite shipment. We will contact you via email and cancel the pre-authorization if the item you ordered is out of stock or on backorder.  In the event that the item or items you have ordered are in stock and can be shipped out within 5 business days, we will proceed to process the payment and submit the order for shipment.
You can expect your order to be shipped out within five business days after your order is placed, provided that the items you ordered are in stock and that we have charged your credit card. Following the order’s departure from the warehouse, we will email the address you gave us with tracking information no later than 24 hours after the purchase. To request an update on the status of your order, please contact support@dealzmarkt.com. We aim to respond to all inquiries within six business days.
Damages: Upon receipt of your item(s), please carefully examine the packaging. If you observe any signs of damage, kindly note them down when signing for delivery. Shoot us an email at support@dealzmarkt.com with images of the damaged item(s) so we can file an insurance claim for you.
Refunds and Cancellations: An administrative fee will be applied to any order cancelled after 48 hours, regardless of shipment status. If your order has already been shipped, the buyer is also liable for the actual cost of return shipping. We can only credit the original card you used to make the purchase if you request a refund.
